By accessing or using Mailwarm ("the Service"), operated at ggsunyoszlep.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mailwarm is an email warming and deliverability tool that helps users improve their email sender reputation by automatically sending and receiving emails through a managed warming pool. The Service includes:

• Automated email warming with gradual volume ramp-up
• Spam detection and inbox placement optimization
• Sender reputation scoring and monitoring
• Support for Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, and custom SMTP/IMAP providers

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to real recipients
• Warm email accounts for the purpose of sending spam or phishing emails
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Violate the terms of service of your email provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

5. Email Account Authorization

By connecting an email account to the Service, you authorize Mailwarm to:

• Send warming emails from your connected email account
• Access your mailbox to check for email delivery and spam placement
• Move emails from spam/junk folders to your inbox
• Mark warming emails as read and important
• Generate and send automated replies to warming emails

You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your email account from the Service or revoking OAuth access through your email provider's settings.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to your email provider's policies that may affect warming
• Email deliverability outcomes, as many factors beyond our control affect inbox placement
• Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by your email provider
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service for spam or illegal activities. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your data from our systems within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
